I stand alone (Quest for Camelot)

Этот мультфильм для меня несколько особенный в силу многих ассоциаций - того, где и как я его посмотрела (хе, 10 с лишним лет назад), что это был вроде как последний полнометражный мультфильм, который мне безусловно понравился - (ну, еще были "Новые приключения императора" потом, но это уже не было безусловным :) ), да многим особенный, в общем :) И вот эта песня тогда сразу в душу запала.
Сейчас наткнулась, включила - и сама не заметила, как начала подпевать. На всю громкость! Раскашлялась, конечно, до ужаса после ^_^

Но, кстати, у меня практически со всеми песнями этого мульфильма так.

Например, United we stand. Ведь классная песня :)


This cartoon is rather special for me because of many assosiations - of the fact where and when I watched it for the first time (more than 10 years ago), of the fact that it was the last full-lenth cartoon that I liked some kind unconditionally, just because of it being a fulllenth cartoon (wellm there were "The emperors new groove" later, but this wasn't unconditional any more:) ), well, it was special by many things :) And this song caught my attention at once the. Now I turned it on when came acroos is and didn't even notice how I began sing along with it. Loudly! Of course, I coughed like crazy after that ^_^

But this is how it goes for me with all songs from this cartoon, by the way.

For example, United we stand. It's a great song, really :)

Видеоряд мультфильма на нее мне не очень нравится - скучноват, и эту песню, помнится, я всегда прокручивала, а ведь исполнена она очень здорово - экспрессивно, с чувством так и характерно! :) Исполнители - два дракона, родившихся в одном теле (две головы с соответственно разными мозгами, остальное все как у одной особи), и ограниченные вследствие этого даже в обычных драконьих возможностях - ни взлететь не могут, ни огнем подышать... да и в вечные компаньоны достался этот (*полный раздражения взгляд*)... в результате, конечно, им начинает казаться, что не будь второго, он бы... он бы!... а тут...

I don't like the cartoon video for this song so much - it;s rather boring, and I remember how I skipped this song all the time then, and it's performation is just splendid - very expressive, with feeling and very charachteristical! It's sang by two dragons that were born in one body due to some mutation (two heads, two minds, and the rest is as for one person), that are limited because of it even in usual dragon activities - they can't fly, can't breath with fire... And here they have to be with this (*irritated look*)... And, of course, they begin to think that if there wasn't the second one, they would... they would... and here we go...
