Hmm... You know, we are not aware of Shizuka's age, by the way. Well, maybe it is listed in the fanbook but I don't know that information. And somehow I don't think she was that old (that is, over 10 thousand years. And Shizuka loved a man that was killed by Zero's parents. Of course, that man was a vampire, but he was an ex-human turned into vampire by Shizuka, and as I understand, the ex-human vampires don't live that long).
So I don't think that Shizuka was an ansector. I think that the power of the Bloody rose comes either from the ansector that was eaten or from Shizuka, which makes this whole case a bit different then.

The Kurans is the family that is also known for being able to subdue vampire weapon. I think that's another one argument for the Kurans ansector being eaten.
The Bloody rose was given to Zero by Kaienn Cross. Who knows why did he give him exactly this thing? He knew Zero was turned, he knew who it was who turned him, and I'm sure he knew of her abilities too. But he could know much more than just that, too.
Now, one more question. Did Kaienn Cross know of the ansector that was eaten? xD
