Hana Yori Dango - главные герои называют себя F4, что означает 4 цветка. Цвет нации, все такое.
Vampire knight - фамилии всех вампиров-аристократов (и Канаме - не скажу про остальных чистокровных, про них не знаю) связаны с цветами. Цвет нации, все такое.
Crows:zero - школа называется "Ландыш". Что автоматически делает всех учеников цветочками. Вроде как "это еще цветочки..." :)))
Это какая-то общая черта? Где еще такое было?

Vampire knight - all aristocrat vampires (and Kaname too, I don't know what about other purebloods) last names are formed by kanji that are bound with flowers somehow.
Crows:zero - the school's name is "sudzuran" that means "lily of the valley" (or "may lily", or "wood lily") - which makes all it's school-boys flowers too. It's all like "So far it's just flowers, and then there will be berries" (it's a russian proverb that says that the problems that exist now are very minor ("flowers") compared to what will be later ("berries", as first the plant needs to bloom with flowers, and it's only something after which berry (the real thing) comes out).
Is this some common feature to refer to flowers in such cases?
